Trompe L'oeil Box

I was given a 8" plain wooden box to paint for the Artists' Gallery 10th Annual Box Show & Silent Auction. So this is the finished product. I made a lid so it would be functional and I could create the open box effect for the trompe l'oeil. I chose the air, water, earth, and fire elements theme and picked inanimate objects.
